Operation Steel Warrior
For over ten years, teammates have raised funds for Operation Steel Warrior, a Nucor initiative that supports The Gary Sinise Foundation's R.I.S.E program which builds forever "smart" homes for severely wounded veterans and their families.
In addition to fundraising efforts, Nucor Rebar Fabrication has donated all the rebar used in the construction of every home since 2020.
In 2025, OSW was able to raise over $280,000 for our wounded veterans.
